Weight Loss

Ever since I was a child, I've been a bit chubby. Even when I was swimming 5 nights a week or taking a martial arts class four nights a week and swimming one night, or dancing three nights a week, I've always been a little overweight. 

It's only in the last while, probably a few years that I've started to worry about my weight and notice it holding me back. I don't fit into the clothes I like, I have trouble in dance classes because I'm unfit, I'm sick of being the fat one. 

So I'm changing it. 

This page will be my tracker. So here goes. 

Starting weight: 102.5 kg
14/4/2012: 98.5 kg
15/5/2012: 96.0 kg
26/5/2012: 97.8 kg 
28/5/2012: 96.1 kg 
2/6/2012: 95.6 kg (Total loss: 7.1kg)
16/6/2012: 96.1 kg 
Goal Weight: 60 kg

I don't have a time limit for losing this weight. If I did, I'd just feel too much pressure. I hope it doesn't take too long, but the time is going to pass whether I'm working my butt off or not. So why not?!
